The Brief
In exterior architecture and landscaping, traditional renderings and 2D visuals often fall short of communicating the true scale and feel of a project. Clients, investors, and stakeholders struggled to fully understand how outdoor spaces would come together in reality, leading to delays in approvals and rework during construction. Bitsource Technologies was approached to solve this challenge through immersive technology.
The goal was clear: create an AR/VR Exterior Design experience where users could virtually walk through and interact with exterior spaces before they were built. From residential villas to urban landscapes, every element needed to feel life-like and immersive. As part of this initiative, we developed complete virtual environments for signature projects including the Egg Villa, known for its organic curves; the Desert Villa, reflecting minimalism amidst open landscapes; and the Meta Villa, a futuristic design blending architecture with nature. Each project showcased how AR/VR could redefine the design presentation process and help stakeholders make faster, more confident decisions.

Our Approach
To achieve this, Bitsource Technologies combined advanced 3D modeling with immersive AR/VR technologies, creating highly detailed and interactive outdoor environments.
For the VR walkthroughs, we built realistic exteriors, landscapes, and building facades, allowing users to navigate outdoor spaces, switch between day and night views, and experience scale and depth as if walking through the real site.
We also deployed Augmented Reality (AR) solutions, enabling clients to place life-size 3D structures onto real-world locations using their smartphones or tablets, providing an on-site preview of their future spaces.
